Location delivery & collection
We will meet you at your rental location with everything you need to get you on the trail. Our team will brief you on how the bike works, help you familiarise yourself with the local area, choose a route and ensure you have everything you need to get out there.
At the end of your ride, our team will be there to meet you and will point you in the direction of a pub or cafe to refresh.
We can also offer one way rides with delivery and collection in different locations - contact us for details.
Puncture repair kit
All our bikes run "tubeless" meaning punctures are very rare.
However, we will send you off with a pump, inner tube and a few other things you will need just in case.
GPS guided rides
For riders that don't know the area, we can provide a smartphone bracket and share our recommended routes that you can download to an app to follow. Alternatively we have the option of taking a GPS pre-loaded with routes to ride.
This is a great way of discovering the area without the inevitable faff of map-reading and getting lost. We have a wide range of routes to suit your preference - how far you want to go and how gnarly or gentle you want your ride to be.
We will be help you choose a route and get it set up to go.
Helmets
In case you don't have your own, we have a range of helmets to rent. They come in all sizes and are sanitized before every ride.
Breakdown assistance
If you have a problem with your bike out on the trail, our mobile team can come and help get you back under way again.
Advice on where to stop to refuel
Our local knowledge means that we advise you on where to stop for a pub lunch or a coffee - and ensure that our recommended routes always include these!
