When buying ex-fleet bikes, we prefer that you come and see (and preferably ride) the bike in person if possible. If you cannot come to our centre, we will send you photos or a walk-round video of the actual bike with close-ups of any cosmetic damage. If you are happy to proceed on this basis, the bike will be removed from circulation, serviced, cleaned and polished before being re-photographed / videoed. Assuming you are happy to proceed, we will ask you to pay the balance before shipping.

We offer a 3 month repair warranty with all ex-fleet bikes. This means that if you discover a mechanical or electrical defect within three months of purchase, you can return it to us to resolve and we will cover the cost of labour and replacement parts required to do so. Our warranty does not entitle you to return the item for a refund, nor does it cover damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
